Return Policy

If you buy a product from our website using the approved billing gateway (also applicable if you choose “Cash on Delivery” method to settle payment.) for the product(s) selected to purchase, you are entering into a legal agreement with akhand33.com. All online bank transfers from Valid Bank Accounts are processed using the gateway provided by the respective Issuing Bank which support the M/S akhand33.com Banking Facility to provide these services to the Users. All taxes and other charges are applicable as per Indian law.

As a buyer, you appreciate that product(s) ordered can vary in color, appearance etc. from the picture displayed on akhand33.com website, just because it is handmade and prepared in very small quantity. So resource materials and other input ingredient might also change slightly. No claim with regard to the same can be made. Be respectful towards the skills of artisan community and promote their age-old traditions.

If you find any transit damage in the product, take a picture of the same from your mobile and send it immediately on info@akhand33.com.  You can exchange the damaged product, if returned within two days. Please secure proper repackaging to avoid further damage. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange order.

Regarding items like bags, purses, we will accept an exchange of an unused product from products displayed on our website only if the intimation is done from your end within 2 days after the delivery is executed. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your new order. Please allow 1-2 weeks post the date of return request for your exchange to be processed. No refunds only exchange. Exchange is allowed only once. If a product is exchanged for some other product from the website then it will not be possible for us to exchange it again.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging (with all packing, dust bags and tags to be eligible for exchange) and in the condition they were received. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment; therefore we recommend an insured and tracking-friendly mail service.  It is at our discretion to reject a return if it seems in a used condition, scratched, spoiled or not fit for reselling.  Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and shipping of new product you want to exchange it for.

Goods bought during an ongoing sale, discount, promotion or a free gift etc are not eligible for exchange or returns and are considered as final sales.

Please update within 24 hours of placing the order in case you want to cancel your order via email. We do not accept cancellation after 24 hours of placing the order.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
